§ 01 · DEPLOYMENT REPORTS
What deployment has actually looked like.

Throughput surfaces a deeper problem.
The deployment was expected to lift engineering output. It did. But the more interesting result was that, once engineering moved faster, the bottleneck shifted — to product specification and QA — exposing constraints that engineering drag had been masking.

§ 02 · WHAT EVIDENCE MEANS HERE
Bounded claims, drawn from real engagements.
Every metric in these reports comes from a real deployment in a real environment. We do not publish synthetic benchmarks or sandbox demonstrations. The numbers are the result of the system operating against its actual subject matter — a real codebase, a real backlog, real engineering work.
We also try to publish what the metrics actually meant. 67 effort points in a week is a number. The fact that it moved the bottleneck to QA and product specification is the story. The metric without the structural lesson is commerce; the structural lesson is what evaluators are actually trying to read.
What you will not find here: aggregated industry stats, generic ROI claims, or unattributable anecdotes. Each report is bounded to one deployment and what specifically changed because of it.
